Welcome back to the last day of our 7-day Pilates challenge! We are finishing up this full week of workouts with a full body sculpting pilates workout. During 15 minutes we will work your full body while focusing on breathing and getting stronger. This type of workout is my absolute favorite and I hope you will love it too!
