This full body intermediate Pilates workout is over 65 minutes long and requires no equipment!

If you consider yourself an intermediate Pilates student and are looking for a whole body workout, this routine incorporates more challenging intermediate/advanced Pilates mat exercises. Stability, control, concentration and precision is combined with core strength, full body toning and mobility in this routine. (If many of these exercises are new to you, please work slowly and with control, and if you feel any strain in your back, neck or shoulders, come out of the exercise and take a rest.)
