Participants will learn about design thinking through participation in hands-on exercises designed for instant impact on your work. Through case studies, live examples, and practice, learn actionable new skills you can start using immediately. By the end of the session, you'll understand the philosophy and mindset of design thinking, how the basic design-thinking process works, and an actionable, effective way to interview customers.
