Tyler Lawson decries the standardized testing system that kills students' creativity. She speaks about how essential a skill creative thinking is, and that school policies which do not honor it as such put students at a disadvantage.
Tyler Lawson is a senior at Upper Dublin High School. She's interested in philosophy, history, law, politics, visual studies, and urban studies. Throughout her time in high school she has participated in orchestra, French club, Mock Trial, Speech and Debate, Teen Library Council, Model UN, and Black Student Union. In the fall she will be attending the University of Pennsylvania on the pre-law track.
