Ipsita is a seasoned Product Manager experienced in building and scaling consumer internet products. She is skilled in design, data analytics, and creating prototypes. She is currently working at Microsoft, where she leads the design and development of Teams Search's landing page, introducing new features and conducting user research and experimentation to validate the search experience, increasing productive actions in search by 22%. She also was a Business Analyst at Payment, where she formulated an onboarding strategy for boosting user retention and defined tracking mechanisms for core users on the platform. She holds a Computer Science Degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
