This video describes a common condition called frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis, which affects a lot of people. It causes severe shoulder pain and stiffness. It is most common in diabetic people, but can happen after minor injury to shoulder and in the presence of other medical conditions such as thyroid, cardiac problems and stroke.
