After Sushant Singh Rajput's demise, a local advocate in Bihar had filed FIR against celebrities like Karan Johar and Salman Khan and said that these celebrities had forced Sushant Singh Rajput to take such a drastic step. But now according to sources, Bihar court has reportedly rejected the case against these celebrities saying that this case does not come under their jurisdiction. Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha has talked to reporters and said that he will take this case to district court now. Sudhir had filed this petition 3 days after Sushant's demise and had named Kangana Ranaut in the list of witnesses. Kangana Ranaut was one of the first celebrities to come out against nepotism and favouritism after Sushant's death. Sushant's family members, friends and fans have demanded CBI enquiry in this case but Mumbai police have clarified again and again that they are investigating this case with proper care.
