Islamic State-Khorasan, the regional affiliate of Islamic State, has reacted to the Moscow attack. ISIS-K heaped praise on "brutal" Moscow attackers who killed over 130 people on March 22. In its statement, the terror group also scolded Afghan rulers, the Taliban, for seeking relations with the United States, Russia, China, and other countries.
