Gladding Residence Center (GRC) offers both traditional double bedrooms and 4-person semi-suites. The building is subdivided into 6 neighborhoods of approximately 125-200 students. These neighborhoods provide an intimate community with their own shared kitchens, laundry facilities, study areas and lounges that promote student interaction and community development.

GRC offers several unique amenities. All rooms come with a microfridge, a combination of microwave and mini-fridge, and built-in USB charging ports. Semi-suites in GRC allow 4 students to share a bathroom while providing each resident with their own sink. Traditional rooms are shared between 2 students and have 2 community-style bathrooms per floor. These floors are co-ed with community-style bathrooms that are shared by all genders. These bathrooms have a shared public vanity area and private individual toilet and shower stalls with floor to ceiling dividers that give the occupant complete privacy.
