DeGioia announced the Collaborative on Global Children's Issues on September 21, 2021 at "Converting COVID-19 Liabilities into Investments that Protect Children," a global convening hosted by the Vatican's COVID-19 Task Force for Africa and the Jesuits Justice and Ecology Network (JENA).
