Ryan, who has recently taken up mountain biking, had seen some of my videos charting my learning journey in the world of mountain biking and asked if we could meet up and go for a shred and possibly give him some pointers. Clearly I am no expert, but was glad to pass on as much information as I could that I have learned through my experiences on the trails and from great advice given to me by other mountain bikers on the trails and comments on my channel and social media that I have found helpful.
