Modern Men: Life Doesn't Have To Be Short | Daniel Edmund | TEDxBristol |
|
What is masculinity? And what does it mean to be masculine? In his powerful talk, Daniel Edmund makes his speaking debut at TEDxBristol tackling head on the uncomfortable truth about the ‘straight jacket’ that modern men seem to get cast in, and the catastrophic affects it can have on men’s mental health and their relationships with other men and women as a result.
Daniel is on a mission to turn the tide on the incredibly high rates of suicide, substance abuse and mental illness in men under 30 - and in this inspirational talk explains what he’s been doing, and what we can all do to help lighten the load.
