This 15 minute workout on the Bowflex Max Trainer will teach you how to increase your speed for a better calorie burn workout. Pick 3 different RPM numbers from easy to uncomfortable. For example my numbers will be 20, 25, and 30 RPM's. We'll hold each RPM for one minute each, and continue this cycle for a total of 15 minutes.
