In his famous book, “Beyond the wall of resistance” he guides the reader on how to deal with resistance in a way that retains strong working relationships while achieving the desired change.

He identifies three levels of resistance and teaches us how we can turn them into support:
• I don’t get it
• I don’t like it
• I don’t like you
