Dan "Danny Defib" Tanzer is a dedicated advocate for Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in South Florida.

Following a tragic incident on the pickleball court, where a community member lost their life to cardiac arrest, Dan and his community took action, advocating for improved access to AEDs.

Their efforts led community management to deploy two mobile AED units that now patrol the area 24/7.

However, realizing that the funds raised by the community would not provide a dedicated AED for their pickleball court, Dan decided to extend his support to others in need.

He made a generous donation to Heart of the Game, an extraordinary charity committed to donating AEDs and providing cardiac emergency response training to youth sports organizations, schools, clubs, and sporting venues.

Dan's unwavering goal is to raise awareness about the crucial importance of AEDs and their life-saving potential. Through his passion and advocacy, he hopes to inspire others to join this mission, creating a safer and healthier future for all.
