EXCLUSIVE: Loads of food meant for migrant families at a New York City shelter were thrown out. Refugees at the Row Hotel shelter described pasta covered in grease, frozen meatballs and smelly meals. They pushed back against shelter staff's claims in the New York Post that shelter residents were wasting tax dollars by refusing to eat the free meals. NBC New York’s Melissa Russo reports.
