The value of journaling is not in the writing in of itself, but in reading it afterwards. You are able to see the difference in your state of mind, your evolution as a person. Now there are many methods and courses that will tell you all kinds of ways that you can journal in. However, I have boiled down all the methods to what I’ve found to be the most helpful, and In this video I will tell you everything you need to know in order to write a journal effectively Basic structure: 5 things you're frustrated by 5 things you're grateful for Anything you want + something to improve on Tasks for the day Follow me on social: https://www.facebook.com/InsightJunky/ https://www.instagram.com/insightjunky/ My other videos: Animated Book Reviews: http://bit.ly/2jFiwMZ Inspirational Videos: http://bit.ly/2jdSYub Self Improvement Bootcamp: http://bit.ly/2jFqGEM |
