Yesterday did HOLEP in 80 year old gentleman with 180 gram prostate.
He had cardiac disease and had undergone PTCA ( angioplasty) 4 years back. he also had chronic kidney diasease stage 5 with creat of 5.7, hemoglobin 8 gram.
No blood transfusion needed during or after the procedure.
