"Design thinking like I said earlier is a human-centered approach to solving problems And at the core of design thinking is really this empathy And you need to have empathy to understand the problem that you're trying to solve So design thinking was started in the 60s It was refined in the 90s by IDEO And now companies traditional companies are starting to catch onto it that hey this is something that we could use as a tool to be able to change behaviors And there's several steps included in design thinking is that it empathizes define test prototype and then launch as well So it's a very simple process But I think the thing that gets conflated or misunderstood is that you have to be able to draw And it's not necessarily about drawing It's really about understanding what the problem is to be solved"
