Halla Bol: The Supreme Court has transferred the case to the Varanasi district judge, noting that the “selective leaks” of the survey report must stop. The court was today told by the Muslim side that the survey report was ‘selectively leaked’ to the public. The Supreme Court also stated that its interim order of May 17 for the protection of the Shivling area and free access to Muslims to offer namaz will continue.

बाबा और फव्वारा के दावे पर कानूनी बहस जारी रहेगी. क्योंकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ज्ञानवापी में हुए सर्वे को खारिज नही किया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बहस के लिए नई अदालत तय की है. पहले ये मामला वाराणसी के सिविल कोर्ट में चल रहा था अब वाराणसी के जिला कोर्ट में चलेगा. साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 17 मई को जो अंतरिम फैसला दिया था वो अब आठ हफ्ते और लागू रहेगा. यानी नमाज जारी रहेगी और शिवलिंग के दावे वाली जगह को सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा.
