Dil Bechara is based on John Green's 2012 novel The Fault In Our Stars.Directed by Mukesh Chhabra, starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi.Music done by AR Rahman with lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Dil Bechara was Sushant Singh Rajput's last film after his untimely demise on 14 June,2020.RIP SSR (1986 - 2020).
