Indian shares rose on Tuesday, helped by broad-based gains across sectors that were driven by March-quarter earnings. Sensex was 300 points up at 61,433.22 (IST 12:14) and with 0.5% gains, Nifty -50 was trading at 18,162.65 (IST 12:14). The high-weighted financials and information technology companies rose by 0.5% and 1%, respectively, driving up 12 of the 13 key sectoral indices. Adani Stocks are back into the action.
