Pamela Anderson accuses Tim Allen of flashing her on the set of 'Home Improvement.' In a statement, Allen tells ET, 'No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing.' 'Variety' printed an excerpt of Anderson's new memoir, 'Love, Pamela,' which alleges Allen 'flashed' her behind the scenes on her first day of filming the sitcom's pilot in 1991.
