REZUM water vapor thermo-therapy of the prostates represents a novel, less-invasive therapy for the management of BPH in men suffering from lower urinary tract symptoms. Herein, we present on the quick, less-invasive endoscopic treatment of occlusive/obstructive BPH tissue. Aside from very low reported 4 year retreatment rates, no hospitalization (office based procedure in under 5-10 minutes under a local anasthesia), there is no impact on sexual or ejaculatory dysfunction.
