It's completely normal to hit a weight loss plateau, or a plateau in anything that you are working towards. THATS OKAY! That means that you're still trying, and I'm going to tell you today how you can either get out of that plateau or use it to build resilience and joy in your journey.

I once saw this paper towel analogy that really allowed me to realize that there is more to it than just patience. The work in you is happening, you just can't see it yet! Keep going, keep pushing yourself daily and you will see results in the right time.
