The Supreme Court weighed the question of whether former President Donald Trump should go to trial for plotting to overturn the 2020 election. Mr. Trump's lawyer argued that the Office of President would be hobbled without immunity, while the lawyer for the special counsel argued that there is no provision of immunity in the Constitution. Plus, David Pecker testified about what he knew of the payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels to keep her relationship with Trump quiet.
