Cheffe Allison (our moderator, is trilingual English, French and German. She has worked in France, Germany and the USA; in prestigious restaurants such as the Brasserie Paul Bocuse in Lyon (France) before returning to her country, the Côte d’Ivoire, where for more than a year she has been working as a chef in the Lounge restaurant, the Toâ in Abidjan.
