It’s Day 14 of the 14-day Pilates series, and today I’ve got a full body recovery workout for you! We’ll stretch, release and relax the whole body in this 30-minute class.

If you experience tense or tight muscles, then this pilates full body recovery workout is perfect for you. These gentle pilates stretches will help increase flexibility and mobility throughout the body, and help you release and relax those tight muscles. This class is great for beginners and all levels, and all you need is your mat!
