3/25/21 NYU Undergraduate Mathematics Colloquium: Ajeet Gary on Special Relativity + Linear Algebra |
|
Fourth session of "Special Relativity through Mathematica and Linear Algebra," one of two series in the first-ever NYU Undergraduate Mathematics Colloquium hosted by NYU SIAM, New York University's chapter of the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics.
The six-part series "Special Relativity through Mathematica and Linear Algebra" features speaker Ajeet Gary presenting on the formulation of special relativity as a problem in linear algebra and demonstrating construction of relevant models in Mathematica. Ajeet Gary works with the Gravitational Astrophysics Laboratory at NASA Goddard. He is a master's student in Mathematics at NYU's Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences.
