Our trip starts in the city of Kiruna, located in the heart of Swedish Lapland. We explore the city and learn about its fascinating history and culture, including the indigenous Sami people. We then head into the wilderness in search of the Northern Lights. We see this incredible natural phenomenon dancing in the sky.

Then we get on snowmobiles and tear through Lapland's pristine snowy landscape. We will wind through forests, cross frozen lakes and climb hills for stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. We will also get up close and personal with Lapland's most iconic animals: friendly and energetic huskies. We will learn how to ride a dogsled and take a ride through the snowy forest.

Our adventure continues as we explore the beautiful Abisko National Park, home to one of the clearest skies in the world and the best place to see the Northern Lights. We also visit the charming Norwegian town of Narvik, just across the border, for even more stunning scenery.

Finally, we head into the wilderness in search of Lapland's most majestic inhabitant: the moose! We'll keep our eyes peeled for these gentle giants as we trek through the forest.

Ben je klaar voor een onvergetelijk avontuur in Zweeds Lapland? Ga met me mee op een reis door het prachtige winterlandschap van Lapland, waar we het ongrijpbare noorderlicht najagen, op sneeuwscooters door besneeuwde bossen rijden, vriendelijke husky's ontmoeten, een geweldig ijshotel bezoeken en zelfs wilde elanden spotten!

Onze reis begint in de stad Kiruna, gelegen in het hart van Zweeds Lapland. We verkennen de stad en leren over de fascinerende geschiedenis en cultuur, waaronder de inheemse Sami bevolking. Daarna trekken we de wildernis in op zoek naar het noorderlicht. We zien dit ongelooflijke natuurverschijnsel aan de hemel dansen.

Vervolgens stappen we op sneeuwscooters en scheuren we door het ongerepte sneeuwlandschap van Lapland. We kronkelen door bossen, steken bevroren meren over en beklimmen heuvels voor een prachtig uitzicht op de omringende wildernis. We zullen ook van dichtbij kennismaken met de meest iconische dieren van Lapland: vriendelijke en energieke husky's. We leren hoe je een hondenslee berijdt en maken een ritje door het besneeuwde bos.

Ons avontuur gaat verder als we het prachtige Abisko National Park verkennen, waar een van de helderste luchten ter wereld te vinden is en de beste plek om het noorderlicht te zien. We bezoeken ook het charmante Noorse stadje Narvik, net over de grens, voor nog meer prachtige landschappen.

Tenslotte trekken we de wildernis in op zoek naar de meest majestueuze inwoner van Lapland: de eland! We houden onze ogen open voor deze vriendelijke reuzen terwijl we door het bos trekken.
