Roninjitsu Weapons Fundamentals - These are the fundamentals on how to use a nunchaku. There are multiple techniques and ways to hold and use a nunchaku depending on what you're wanting to learn. if you are in a combat situation, it would be best to hold your nunchaku at the bottom of the chucks, if you are wanting to just spin it around like freestyling then its best to hold the chucks near the top where the cords or chain connects. I have made several nunchaku videos to help you get started.

It's not as difficult as it may seem but there is a learning curve. With proper practice and repetition, you will be able to handle it effectively within a few weeks both for self-defense, combat and for recreational relaxation. Stay safe out there and happy training!
