I Only Did Elliptical Workouts for 30 days | BEFORE & AFTER
In this video I'm sharing the results of a 30 day elliptical challenge that I set for myself last month. For a really long time I've wanted to have an elliptical at home and when we finally bought one, I decided to use it every day for a month as a way to get back into the habit of working out consistently and getting closer to my fitness goals. I'm generally really happy with the way that I look and feel, but wanted to be more toned and in better shape overall and I'm really happy with the results of this mini-fitness journey. I like it so far. It took 4 months to arrive and that really frustrated me, but I'm guessing it was covid-19 related. I also had a squeaking issue that started pretty soon after I purchased it, but SOLE sent a technician to fix it and now everything is working great.
