Maple Roasted Salmon

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Filets Salmon (skin on or skinless)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup and mustard.
3. Put salmon in ziploc bag and pour sauce over. Marinate in fridge (for 10 minutes up to 6 hours).
4. Line walled baking pan with aluminum foil. Put salmon on foil and pour sauce over. Roast in over for 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.

Serve with vegetable (like brussel sprouts) and starch (like mashed potatoes or rice).
