MK Party's KwaZulu-Natal Head of Elections, Musa Mkhize, has told SABC News that the party is highly concerned that the former presidents security has been compromised due to political interference in his safety.

MK spokesperson, Nhlamulo Ndhlela, is reported to have alleged that the traffic collision the former president was involved in was no accident.

He complained that Jacob Zuma's vehicle has not been upgraded for years.

They have lauded the Zuma's protection officers for diligently executing their duties.
