We are people pleasers by nature, but we can lose control of our time, miss deadlines, make mistakes, and look bad by committing to things that we do not have the time for. Dave talks about how to say no in this video, how to practice pausing, and gives his advice for never saying yes on the spot.
You don’t always have to say no and he discusses when to say yes if it is in the best interest of you, your goals, and your other commitments.
