20-Minute Elliptical Interval Workout with Coach KT - All Levels |

In this all-levels class, we will use high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to overcome fitness plateaus. This class will include more intense intervals followed by recovery intervals. Your work to rest ratios will be 1:2, 1:1, and 2:1 and be moving forward through the whole workout. The resistance for this workout will start between 6-8 based on a max of 20, and each round you'll add 2-4. Try to keep the resistance on through the recoveries.
