15:20 In walking meditation, can we note a distraction right away, or should we always note stopping and standing before noting the distraction? Is concentration more encouraged than in sitting meditation?
16:10 How much should I let go of control when meditating? Currently I very gently rest my attention on the belly and allow and notice when it is moved to the next object. Is this ok?
