And one of the things that Donald Trump actually reposted from another user on truth, social user by the name of Mike Davis, who happens to be a pro-Trump attorney, was a call for President Obama to be indicted for murder. Now, before I read you the post again that Donald Trump himself shared, let me give you a little bit of why this lawyer was even saying this. Obviously, Donald Trump was recently shot down by Judge Tanya Chut Ken, when he tried to argue that as the former president of the United States, he is totally and completely immune from any kind of criminal prosecution now and forever. So sorry, but can't hold him accountable for anything he did. And because she said, no, no, you do not have immunity from this particular set of circumstances. Mike Davis obviously went to the extreme and said, okay, if presidents are not immune, then let's just indict Obama for murder. Here's what Mike Davis said, that Donald Trump reposted. So Democrat judges in DC suddenly pretend President Trump doesn't enjoy presidential immunity like all his predecessors for 250 years. Does that mean the Trump 47 Justice Department can indict President Obama for his extra judicial murder of a 16-year-old American citizen?

Well, what does that mean? First of all, uh, Mike Davis is referring to the fact that in a drone strike during the Obama administration, a 16-year-old American citizen was in fact killed overseas. Uh, it was the, uh, uh, son of US citizen and War Al Alaki in Yemen. Now, Mike Davis might wanna look a little bit at history here, because just one week into the Trump administration, Donald Trump launched a drone strike that then killed the same guy's, eight-year-old daughter. So Obama launched a drone strike that killed his son, but then Trump launched a drone strike that killed his daughter. So if we're gonna indict Trump for that, or, or Obama for that, that we also gotta indict Trump for that. Not to mention there is a world of difference between the two things. The reason Donald Trump is not enjoying presidential immunity for, you know, what he did on January 6th is because those were not official acts. Those were the acts of a candidate and not the actual president of the United States. And of course, it was not within his realm of responsibilities. Now, a president does, in fact, enjoy immunity from things like launching a drone strike and killing a bunch of American citizens.

Um, they cannot be held criminally or civilly, uh, liable for any of that. So Obama's not gonna be indicted for murder. Donald Trump's not gonna be indicted for murder.
