In this video I did a step by step tutorial on how to DIY / make your own ankle weights at home for under 10 USD. This project can be made using any fabric, Stitching can be done by hand or using a sewing machine like I did ( For this project I use the Brother c6000i sewing machine ) this DIY is a very inexpensive fun alternative ankle weights.
