My weight loss journey began January 29, 2019 after I came to the realization that it is 90% mental and began to work on how I view food and ultimately my physical health and looks.
To kick off 2020 I completed a 30 day water fast. Now I will continue the Fasting Gauntlet until I reach 200 lbs. I am aiming for Extreme Weight Loss by way of Ketosis, Intermittent Fasting, Water Fasting, Prayer for willpower, strength, and understanding of proper nutrition and dieting. My 1100 Day Weight Loss Plan: In 2019 I decided to undergo a 1100 Day Dieting Plan to figure out sustainable dieting and weight loss. 1. Starting off around 475lbs/215kg in January 2019, I focused on meal prep and making simple home cooked meals. I did that until March 2019. 2. Then from 4/1/19 - 2/1/20 (10 months) I lost 150bs/68kg with Keto and Intermittent Fasting combined with Extended Water Fasting. I plan to continue this combination of natural dieting until I get under 200 lbs. 3. When I am under 200lbs/90kg I plan to undergo skin removal surgery. My goal weight is 155lbs/70kg. I imagine my skin weighing up to 20lbs/9kg. 4. After getting under 170lbs/77kg. I plan to build my way up to 180 lbs with Strength Training, HIIT, and light cardio. Join me on my journey.
