The third eye chakra is known as the Ajna Chakra. It is located in the space between the eyebrows and it activates the psychic and intuitional powers in our body. Its imbalance causes a lack of self-trust and understanding of the universe.

Sahasrara or the 7th Chakra is the primary chakra in our body, located in the middle of the head. It creates a balance between the spiritual and materialistic world and helps us believe in the supreme power. Its imbalance causes the person to focus on materialistic things and completely avoid their spiritual energies which then leads to loneliness, depression and mistrust.

The balancing of both these chakras can be done by channelizing the energies around us and focusing them on the chakras. Once these chakras are balanced we can lead a holistic and carefree life.
