This is one of those pieces that I went to the scrap pile for materials. Don't worry if you don't have exactly the same materials on hand. Cardboard works as well as chip board, and a round dowel will work as well as a piece of plastic tubing! (I kind of wish I had thought about the wood dowel earlier!)
Just take it one step at a time!
