The ANC's secretary General, Fikile Mbalula says the party has deliberated on how to best rebuild Eskom in order to put an end to the rolling blackouts by the end of this year. Mbalula was addressing the media earlier on the outcomes of its National Executive Committee lekgotla. A number of subcommittee chairpersons were also appointed to deal with various sectors.
