Pilates Full Body Workout for Balance - Pilates for Strength and Control | Pilates at home

Today I have a Full Body Pilates Workout for you - especially designed to work on improving your Balance.

Balance is a very complex subject - today I would like to share with you two different sets of exercises:

- a series of Core Strengthening exercises, to bring awareness and control into your body;
- a series of Standing exercises, to challenge your stability and explore the passage of your weight back and forward, right and left.

Make sure you have a chair or a table near you or that you workout near a wall in order to have support during the Standing series - which you will be able to quit as you become more in control of your balance.
