video thumbnail

Businesses can integrate disruptive innovation for business operations, expand into new markets, and explore niches to boost their revenue. Understanding disruption is not just about creating better ideas; it’s also about being defensive, and looking out for new competition that might disrupt your business in the future. Dr. Muath Almansour works as a Strategy & Organizational Advisor at Saudi Aramco in the Organization Consulting Department, and also an Adjunct Professor of MBA at KFUPM. He has a wide experience in management consulting where he has been working with successful executives and teams to measurably improve their organizational effectiveness. Dr. Almansour gained global experience working for other blue chip companies, and the experience he has gained within the different industries and companies has given him a broad outlook, which he believes would allow him to contribute with different mindsets and hopefully enable him to humbly share his experiences with his peers. Thus enabling the team to be more creative in the challenges and tasks set out by the leadership team but also in the bottom line delivery of results. He is truly passionate about his work and always eager to connect with other people. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
