The mission of the Empowered Motherhood Movement is to give pregnancy and birth back to women. It is to empower women and their families to make educated decisions from a non-bias stand point on all subjects related to the motherhood journey. Our mission is to take the fear out of birth and put the beauty back into it. The Empowered Motherhood Movement wishes to honor the power of creation that is within each woman and celebrate it.

This movement is also about supporting each woman’s journey from pre-conception through postpartum without judgement. And helping her to care for her needs through emotional, nutritional and physical support so she will be the healthiest version of herself before pregnancy, during pregnancy and after pregnancy. The Empowered Motherhood Movement wishes to remind each woman, and society, that she does matter; that her needs and health are still important and she deserves to feel and be healthy and whole.
