The Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD), My Recommended Practice |
|
Hello everyone. Today I am discussing my absolute favorite lucid dreaming technique and the one I personally practice every day. I am of course speaking of MILD, or the Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams, a prospective memory/intention technique originally created by dr. Stephen LaBerge and prominently displayed in his book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, Chapter Three, Waking Up in the Dream World. This video is based off what I’ve learned about MILD over the past couple years and my practice as outlined in one of the few technique guides I’ve written. I invite anyone watching to check out the source material on my website linked below. I appreciate everyone who watches, listens, likes, comments, subscribes, or a combination of these. Thank you all for watching, and enjoy.
