Seconds before liftoff, SpaceX scrubbed the launch of a new satellite for Sirius XM on a Falcon 9 rocket Friday.
The SXM-7 mission was set to launch from Space Launch Complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Just 30 seconds before liftoff, a hold was called. SpaceX tweeted Friday before noon saying conditions for a 12:55 p.m. launch looked good but the team was monitoring some upper-level winds. The earliest for a new launch window won't be until Sunday, Dec. 13. |
