It comes with a 1-year iFit subscription which gives you access to interactive training, amazing locations to ride through, and instructor-led workouts. It also features a 10" HD touchscreen, SMR magnetic resistance, 22 digital resistance levels, adjustable seat and handlebars, interchangeable pedals, dual 2" speakers, and a water bottle holder. Its ergonomic adjustability makes it easy to accommodate a wide range of users and you can swap out the seat for a more cushioned one if needed. Features iFit programs This bike comes with a 1-year free subscription to iFit Coach plus that provides you with 3 options based on your fitness goals and ability. You also have access to trainer-led cycling classes and outdoor routes from locations all over the world. Your bike will automatically adjust to what the trainer is doing. You can also access studio-based classes for stretching, yoga, or strength training. Seat An ergonomic and padded seat that you can easily swap for a seat of your choice with more cushioning and offers more support.
