With the majority of English language teachers being required to teach online, serious thoughts need to be given towards how to keep them satisfied with their employment. In this video, I look at what the industry needs to consider when they wish to keep their teachers happy. What do you think would make you happy with regards to teaching online?

Based on the previous video where I talked about reasons for not working with iTutorGroup (https://youtu.be/VA25fETnWfU), in this video I wanted to focus on how best to move forwards and what it takes to make online English teachers happy.

I recently watched a TED Talk by Michael Bush about keeping employees happy and he shares three key ideas that would make employees more satisfied with their employment. This are transferable to the online English teaching field and I share my thoughts about how they can be incorporated with online English teaching professionals.
